First of all, let us say how sorry we are for your loss.  We know exactly how it feels to pay for a child’s funeral arrangements and our hearts hurt for you. Please complete the brief form below.

Our Financial Gifts program committee will meet 5 times in 2026 to review applications. While we wish to respond personally to everyone who applies, we must limit our responses to families who fit within our mission scope: your child was age 12 or younger at the time of their death (stillbirth 28 weeks gestation or more), there were unexpected circumstances, and/or their cause of death is unknown (ie: SIDS/SUDC). Please know that if your child died at the age of 13+, was 27 weeks gestation or less, or had a long known illness before passing, your application will not qualify for funding.
